To optimize the value of this existing building the scope of this project involved an addition of a top floor, excavation of a full basement underneath the existing structure and reconstructing the rear of the building.
Total Renovation - Commercial Office Building These features yielded a net increase of 63% in usable square feet of this building. To enhance the buildings access, maximize the space utilization, and to improve the circulation, this building’s main entrance was totally reoriented to the northwest of the building. Other features include: addition of private parking spaces, installation of energy efficient heating and cooling systems, wet firefighting sprinkler system, 3500 lbs commercial grade elevator, state-of –the-art security system, electronic access control, telephone, data, high-speed communication, etc.
